you probably have a build up of calcium behind the knob that is causing it to not come loose. Try rocking the knob back and forth and if necessary, use a small piece of wood against the glass and then a screw driver or small pry bar to carefully work your way around the knob until it comes off.

The factory does not have a replacement cartridge for the Diverter valve. Your only option is to replace the complete valve set. We do carry the complete valve set on our website.
You need to determine is it the jet that is leaking or is it leaking from somewhere else? if you are unsure how to service the tub you should contact a plumber to assist you with the repair.

It is only available as a complete assembly with the overflow tub drain.
It most likely needs to be replaced. You can try to remove it and soak it overnight in CLR or Vinegar to see if it frees up a bit but will most likely only be a temp fix at best. We have them in stock.

We dont recommend putting anything in the steam generator as that can leave a residue on the heating elements and cause other problems. If your steamer has not be serviced in awhile you may want to remove the bottom off of the steam generator and physically remove any calcium deposits from inside the steamer.

The amount of essential oils needed in a shower will depend on the purity and concentration of the oils you are using and also how strong you want the aroma to be. I would start by using 15-25 drops of essential oils in the steam port where the steam comes out of wall of shower and adjust accordingly from there. Another option is to mix some essential oils into a small squirt bottle and mist it into the air in the shower when you are in there. This method can be very effective and you will likely find you use less product then when you put it directly into the steam port.
