Depending on the Product you bought, your unit will be shipped in 2-6 palletized wooden crates which will protect your unit from damage.
We ship our units via freight truck within the continental United States and Canada. We will ship your unit out approximately 2- 3 business days after your initial order if the unit is available. You should receive your unit within 7-10 days after leaving our warehouse considering there are no delays with the shipping company or with any weather conditions.
All shipments will be curbside delivery or to nearest trucking terminal only as per agreed upon by purchaser. Upon arrival of your unit, it is YOUR responsibility to inspect the exterior and interior for damages. You must open and inspect the parts for any type of damage and report it to the driver IMMEDIATELY. For any damages you see, PLEASE WRITE IT on the Delivery Bill of Lading and YOU MUST HAVE THE DRIVER NOTE THIS WITH HIS OWN SIGNATURE AND WRITING AND KEEP YOUR COPY. If the unit is signed without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. There is no way we can process the insurance claim with the freight company if signed (which means you received it in good condition). We will do everything in our power to help you on a claim if this shall come up. In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged.
It is important that you inspect your package by opening it, please open it carefully and keep the box/crate in its original form using a box cutter or cutting knife. If the package is damaged, you may have to put the product back in the original packaging to prevent from further damage back to our warehouse.
PLEASE DO NOT WAIT WEEKS OR MONTHS TO OPEN UP YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE INSPECT IT IMMEDIATELY EVEN IF YOU WILL NOT BE INSTALLING THE UNIT. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages the day of delivery.
If a shipment comes in different boxes and it comes damaged, please only refuse the package that is damaged and we will ship you out a new part subject to availability.
ALL “FACTORY DEFECTS” MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE OTHERWISE, THEY WILL FALL INTO THE PART WARRANTY REPAIR CATEGORY.
The purchaser of the shower, whirlpool bathtub or sauna unit accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation and installation. The purchaser is responsible for any installation cost. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the use of this product. By purchasing this item the purchaser agrees to the above conditions of this sale and absolves seller, its officers, and employees of any and all liability regardless of its origin in the use of this product.

Shipping costs for flat rate items are for most locations in Canada, We reserve the right to charge fees to cover actual shipping costs in the event shipping costs exceed the flat rate fees charged. In the event that there are extra fees purchaser will be notified before shipping of any extra fees. If extra shipping fees are not agreed to be charged then order may be cancelled and all funds returned to Purchaser.
You can return items bought from Beauty Saunas and Baths within 20 days from ship date when it leaves our warehouse as long as not installed or attempted to be installed. Note that Electrical components are not returnable. and Toilet seats are not returnable if removed from packaging.
To qualify, You must contact us for return authorization before any returns. Any returns received without previous RMA athorization will be rejected. return within 30 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). No Returns will be accepted if not in original Packaging. We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3 – 5 days from the time we receive the return to process your refund. You will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our warehouse for returns. And a Minimum 30% Restocking fee will apply to all returns unless wrong product was shipped to you by mistake. At which time we will gladly cover the costs to get you the right product delivered to you.
Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form. This will help prevent damages back to us. Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result with a refusal of return or a restocking fee of up to 100%. NOTE: all US and Foreign orders must return through USPS / CAN POST, or we will charge $60 Min international return fee.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee. A restocking fee of 30% will be applied to all returns or a greater fee if (used products, not packaged properly, etc).
For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using check, the refund will be applied to using a company cheque.
