Shipping/Terms

We strive to do our best to serve and satisfy our customers. We only ship brand new products. We do not ship repackaged or defective goods.

Shipping

Your parts order will be shipped by courier and a system email will advise you of the shipping date, the carrier and the tracking #. 

You should receive your order within 5-10 days after leaving our warehouse, considering there are no delays with the courier company or any weather condition delays.

In the event that the package arrives damaged, it is important that you inspect your package by opening it, please open it carefully and keep the box/crate in its original form using a box cutter or cutting knife.  If the package is damaged, you may have to put the product back in the original packaging to prevent from further damage and return back to our shipping warehouse.

PLEASE DO NOT WAIT WEEKS, INSPECT IT IMMEDIATELY EVEN IF YOU WILL NOT BE INSTALLING THE PART.  The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages the day of delivery.

ALL “PRODUCT DEFECTS” MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE OTHERWISE, THEY WILL FALL INTO THE PART WARRANTY REPAIR CATEGORY. Defective parts are exchange only as a matter of policy.

Terms

The purchaser of any parts accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation and installation. The purchaser is responsible for any installation cost. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the use of this product. By purchasing this item the purchaser agrees to the above conditions of this sale and absolves seller, its officers, and employees of any and all liability regardless of its origin in the use of this product.

 

 

Prices, pictures, descriptions, and content on our website are subject to change without notice.  Pictures are not to scale.  Additional descriptive pictures of our units may not have been taken of the specific model, but some are universal pictures that acts as a reference.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any orders with return of payment at EagoParts.com discression and without compensation.

 

Shipping costs for flat rate items are for most locations in Canada, and the continental USA. We reserve the right to charge fees to cover actual shipping costs in the event shipping costs exceed the flat rate fees charged. In the event that there are extra fees purchaser will be notified before shipping of any extra fees. If extra shipping fees are not agreed to be charged, then the order may be cancelled and all funds returned to Purchaser.

Returns/Exchanges

You can return items bought from EAGOParts.com (o/o Beauty Saunas and Baths) within 20 days from ship date when it leaves our warehouse, as long as not installed or attempted to be installed.  Note that Electrical components are not returnable. If an electronic part appears to be defective, notify us and we will authorize a return for exchange only. Once the return has been received, we will assess if it is defective. If we find it to be, we will ship an identical replacement component free of charge. If the item is assessed as not defective, we will advise the customer and return the component to you. No refund will be issued. 

Toilet seats for health reasons, are not returnable if removed from plastic packaging.

 

To qualify for a return, the customer must contact us for return authorization before sending. Any returns received without RMA authorization # will be rejected. Requests for return must be made within 30 days from the original order ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). No Returns will be accepted if not in original Packaging. We must receive your item back within 30 days of of the RMA issue date. Please allow us 3 – 5 business days from the time we receive the return to process your refund. You will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our warehouse for returns. And a Minimum 30% Restocking fee maybe applied to all returns unless the wrong product was originally shipped to the customer by mistake.  In such cases we will gladly cover the costs to get you the right product delivered to you.

 

Due to the high risk of damage when shipped back to our location, you must package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and form.  This will help prevent damages back to us.  Damaged packages shipped back to us due to poor packaging may result with a refusal of return or a restocking fee of up to 100%. NOTE: all US and Foreign orders must return through your local POSTAL system , or we will charge $60 Min international return fee.

 

For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee.  A restocking fee of 30% may be applied to all returns or a greater fee, if products are used, not packaged properly, etc.

 

For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using check, the refund will be provided using a company check.
