   We love the toilet, but was not as simple to install as a regular toilet. There is a separate trap assembly that needs to be installed to the floor trap and then bolted to the sub-floor. In my case it was bolted on top of newly layed Marble tiles. Drilling through the marble tiles was a chore. Dual flush works great, and is very quiet. Everything needed came with the toilet, including the hose, wax ring and a good quality seat. In hindsight i would have forgot about drilling the holes and just siliconed the mounting flange in place and silicone around the base of toilet once installed. Then it would have been a snap. I will order again for my next reno.
