we purchased a ariel 6kw steam shower DZ972F8 AT Christmas for a new bathroom . we recently finished it . maybe got to enjoy it 20 times and then it stopped. It comes on,starts up panel says all good then thats all. no steam and seem to be having trouble finding help.i would think its heater or something inside generator/ are these repairable . any tests i can do any repair manuals, anything?

Yes James it sounds like the resets on your steamer have tripped and need to be reset. They are located on the face of the steamer. There are 2 pins you just have to push them in. You will need to access the back of the shower to get at the steamer and press in the reset pins.
