you probably have a build up of calcium behind the knob that is causing it to not come loose. Try rocking the knob back and forth and if necessary, use a small piece of wood against the glass and then a screw driver or small pry bar to carefully work your way around the knob until it comes off.

The factory does not have a replacement cartridge for the Diverter valve. Your only option is to replace the complete valve set. We do carry the complete valve set on our website.
You need to determine is it the jet that is leaking or is it leaking from somewhere else? if you are unsure how to service the tub you should contact a plumber to assist you with the repair.

check all electrical connections are tight and not corroded. and check power to unit at the wall and also in the power box of the unit
You need to get access to top of the shower and Unscrew the water line hose and then there is a brass nut that holds the shower head in place. Remove the brass nut and the shower head will drop down…. make sure you have someone inside the shower to catch the shower head as you loosen it or it will fall and can break or break something else.
We will not be getting any more White ceramic sauna heaters, they are older first generation heaters and were prone to hot have hot spots… You can replace your older white ceramic heaters with the better newer black ceramic heaters. They are the same size and will fit the same and perform better than the white ones.
It is only available as a complete assembly with the overflow tub drain.
It most likely needs to be replaced. You can try to remove it and soak it overnight in CLR or Vinegar to see if it frees up a bit but will most likely only be a temp fix at best. We have them in stock.

We dont recommend putting anything in the steam generator as that can leave a residue on the heating elements and cause other problems. If your steamer has not be serviced in awhile you may want to remove the bottom off of the steam generator and physically remove any calcium deposits from inside the steamer.

Top side of floor boards are stained and sealed the bottom side is untreated. it is recommended to treat them with a coat of varathane or similar product to seal the bottom side of the boards looking nice
Yes we have both styles of the CW1 control panel available. you can order just the face or face with pedestal such as the picture you attached. Just make a note in the checkout of which version of this control panel you wish to order.
The toilet seat has a special quick release mounting bracket that is fastened by special fasteners from the top side of the toilet. The Toilet seat comes with the bracket and fasteners needed. It is sold as a complete kit. We do not sell the mounting bracket separate from the seat.
The EAGO Toilets are a much thicker porcelain than other cheaper toilets. Also EAGO toilets are fully glazed inside of the toilet tank unlike cheaper models thus they do not require tank lining. They do not sweat like cheap toilets.

The amount of essential oils needed in a shower will depend on the purity and concentration of the oils you are using and also how strong you want the aroma to be. I would start by using 15-25 drops of essential oils in the steam port where the steam comes out of wall of shower and adjust accordingly from there. Another option is to mix some essential oils into a small squirt bottle and mist it into the air in the shower when you are in there. This method can be very effective and you will likely find you use less product then when you put it directly into the steam port.

Yes James it sounds like the resets on your steamer have tripped and need to be reset. They are located on the face of the steamer. There are 2 pins you just have to push them in. You will need to access the back of the shower to get at the steamer and press in the reset pins.
