NOTICE REGARDING UNITED STATES CUSTOMS TERIFFS

Please be aware and understand when placing orders on our website, that the assortment of parts and products available on our website are predominantly manufactured CHINA. As such, they are subject to tariffs or customs duty fees that US Customs determines and applies to them on being imported into the USA. International orders to other countries outside Canada may also be subject to similar import duties.  Any fees assessed are the responsibility of the consignee / receiver (Importer of Record) and will be collected prior to being processed and delivered by the courier service facilitating the shipment. These added fees are not included on our invoice to the purchaser and may or may not be assessed based on the value of the shipment.

If such fees are applied on orders to the USA, US Customs will direct the courier to contact the receiver and may require their US Federal Business Tax ID, or an individual’s social security #. They will apply and collect said fees, which may result in delayed delivery of the shipment.

Failure to provide the information when requested could result in the shipment being held and returned to the shipper. Should this be the case, any added fees incurred by us, the shipper, will be deducted from your refund, which will not include original shipping charges. We may also apply our standard restocking fee of 30% of the value of the item(s).
